Ashley Brusenhan graduated with a marketing degree from Texas A&M, where the Lord began to burden her heart for college women’s ministry. Even as a student, she began an annual women's gathering called Intimacy that God used to impact thousands of lives and connect many women across Bryan/College Station.

After graduating, God opened the door for her to join the staff of Central Baptist in College Station as their full-time College Women’s Director. She was honored to serve in that role for 6 years when God began to give her vision and burden for New York City, a place deeply in need of the gospel and the believers that carry it. She recently moved from College Station, her home of ten years, in faith with no concrete plans for a job, only to see God prove Himself faithful over and over.

A week after her move, she accepted a job with the New York City Leadership Center (NYCLC), as the Manager of Leadership Performance. The NYCLC serves local and global church, non-profit, and marketplace leaders through leadership training and events. Most recently she stepped into a new role, the manager of the Advance Internship Experience for the NYCLC, where she is developing a new 9 month internship program. Along with her role at the NYCLC, she is grateful to continue serving as the Administrative Director for You Are Conference, remotely. She has a deep passion to see women know Christ intimately, use their gifts in the church and to connect them with women of all generations.
